What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

How do I care for my piece?

You can always polish with a soft dry cloth.

and be careful, exposure to moisture can lead to oxidation, and excessive heat can cause cracking to the glass

Note: Lead is used and this poses minimal risk to you and your loved ones but please whenever you touch the glass directly wash your hands thoroughly before handling something else.

What happens if I received the piece damaged?

In the unfortunate event of damage during shipment. please keep all packaging materials and contact us via email within 14 days

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately we only deliver within the Netherlands at the moment. But we are actively working on it.
